I cycle to work 4 times a week (30 miles each time), another weekend day of cross trainer (1 hour), weights 4-5 times a week.

There is overlap, works out to 6 days of excercise. It's pretty intense but you do feel great.

I used to play football twice a week and nothing else, now it's only once a week, but I've just started trying to run in the evenings. Starting slowly as I'm unfit, but it's a start :)

Not at all - And I'm not even sorry :p

Fortunately, I have a epic metabolism so it's quite difficult for me to put weight on - And I know that I'll still be unhealthy, but at the moment I'm feeling perfect :D

You ripped brah? Or do you eat like a pig still?

Cycling to and from work 3.9 miles each way, majority of the week. Also doing rollerskating/rollerderby practice 4/5 times a week as well now.

Usually 3-4 times a week, nothing too crazy though.

Try to get out for a bikeride at least once a week, although will hopefully be more now the weather is getting better/nights getting lighter. Go running a couple mornings before work and sometimes have a play on the 'trim trail' equipment whilst there :p

6, play basketball 4 times a week, usually 2 training sessions and 2 games, this week 3 games 1 training session :o playoff seasons for the win.

hit the gym twice too and rest on sundays.

I'll go climbing and do an intense mountain bike ride once a week each and on weekends I'll do a good cross country walk averaging about 14 miles.

Going to ride to work a couple of times a week too so I can save on fuel costs.

Used to be, then started eating like a pig and erratic excercise schedule, put on 12kg (my ideal was 74kg which seemed to be my "terminal velocity" style lower range) now started eating sensibly and nailed the schedule, aim is to be in very good shape by end of July. I work out in the house, I have selctable dumbells, coupel of bars and folding bench. Works well in conjunction with cycling. I find that the best use of time as I usually get home late, and don't want to go to the gym late.

Would rather (bluntly) work out in the comfort of my man den in a football top and boxers..hah!

I blame the cycling, you get used to that and then you want more....

Varies a lot from month to month. But badminton 1-3x a week, gym 1-3x a week, dance 1-4x a week. Hoping to start up swimming again once the pool near me is reopened. And once the new uni year starts up hoping to get more of a routine going because some weeks I only do 1 day.

Yeah same here, don't like going to the gym round here, it's either really busy or full of idiots doing benchpress then doing another machine then doing benchpress again and again. I have a fair sized log cabin at the bottom of my garden with a treadmill, crosstrainer, bench, dumbells, barbell etc etc. My main exercise comes from riding my mountain bike though, plus I enjoy it more than the treadmill or crosstrainer.
