Gym twice a week, one just for rowing, the other for general cardio.

Swimming once a week.

I can swim and row brilliantly but I can't run for more than 20 seconds before becoming out of breath and just giving up!
 
Nowhere near enough, never been the exercise type but I've decided to start now by going on the exercise bike everyday, never realised how unfit I was :( (My general appearance is deceiving).

I'd probably find the same. I'm 31. Despite being so skinny I haven't been in a gym since I was at school and haven't ridden a bike since I passed my driving test.
 
Twice a week. 5-a-side footy every Wed and Sunday evening for around 90 minutes. Sometimes I end up playing three times a week but find it difficult, my legs haven't fully recovered so twice a week is about right for me.
 
Final year of uni, not enough at all! Once I get this work out of the way I'll be back to a routine (2-3 days min)
 
Not at all - And I'm not even sorry :p

Fortunately, I have a epic metabolism so it's quite difficult for me to put weight on - And I know that I'll still be unhealthy, but at the moment I'm feeling perfect :D

Same! When I have time I play a bit of squash, and sometimes badminton. Always walk to and from Uni which is 40mins/day but no strenuous exercise regularly
 
At the moment 3 times a week which has mainly been weights as that's all i can fit in right now but this needs to step up and change for the end of June as I need to be fit for the big work sportsday in which I got carried away and entered myself into just about everything.
 
Cycle Monday to Friday to work and back (6.5 miles each way with steep hills).

I have also started going to the gym at work 2 to 3 times a week at lunch times.
 
We are a far healthier bunch than I though :cool:

Polls give skewed statistics, peer pressure and what not... Even so though I have to admit the results were higher than I thought...

Also by the very nature of the survey, those who don't exercise are less likely to enter the thread...
