ok been trying to improve my general fitness since Xmas with a bit of weight lifting and a bit of cardio. the weight lifting takes as long as it takes to do the reps, and i do it every other day to give my self a break, and i train different parts ie legs one day, back next arms next and iam happy enough with what iam doing weight wise.
BUT
i was wondering how often i should do cardio workout, at the moment iam doing 30-45 mins a day. and i try to do different machines each day ie rowing, x cross,threadmill ,cycling to break it up a bit
but iam wondering should i be taking a break day like i do with the weights,
should i be spending more time training but on fewer days, or less time training on more days (i take the weekend off)
and one got any advice
