How Powerful must I be? 150W?

Building a Mini-ITX system in a super-small case so I can travel with two of them: one in my carry-on bag and one in my briefcase. It should fit just under the 10kg-per-bag limit ... if I pack a small enough toothbrush.

For this first build, I will install VMWare, with max RAM and CPU, and 2 SSD's. No add-on graphics card. No Wi-Fi. Nothing else to be added at all.

??? Will 150W PSU be enough ???

-> Intel S1200KPR - Mini-ITX Board, for Xeon-v2, ECC Memory, 2Ge NIC's
-> Xeon E3-1245v2 - Intel Xeon (4-core/8-threads plus graphics) = 77W
-> 16GB DDR3 1333 ECC - 2 x 8GB, Unbuffered
-> 256GB SSD OCZ Vertex 4 - 2 x 128GB Solid State Drives

Here's the part that worries me:
---> picoPSU-150-XT ... 12V DC-DC ATX PC power supply

I know, I could "play it safe" and go with low-power Xeon E3-1265Lv2 at only 45W (instead of 77W), but that drops CPU speed to 2.5GHz instead of 3.4GHz of the E3-1245 spec'd above.
