I Had to RMA my SAPPHIRE NITRO R9 390X. It was artefacting on all games. OCUK Just sent me an email saying it had been sent back to manufacturer for repair. (I assume it was indeed faulty).

Does anyone know how long they typically take? I've no experience with them.

OCUK said in the email max would be 28 days. But god that is a long time (plus the week already) to be without a GPU.

I had to return a faulty Radeon Pro Duo recently to OcuK and the AIB was Sapphire. 28 days starts after the 1st day OcuK send it back for repair or replacement. There was no response from Sapphire after 28 days, so i was provided with a brand new replacement from stock. If OcuK had no stock, i would've been offered a refund at current market value.

As the 390X is EOL, i would anticipate after 28 days you'll be offered either a Sapphire RX 480 8GB or a partial refund. I would not expect a repair or replacement any sooner than this, and I'd be very surprised if you received a 390X.
