How quickly do new iPad accessories get released?

I'm most likely going to be getting a new iPad shortly after the 22nd event, but was just wondering - how quickly do the new accessories (both Apple and 3rd party) start appearing?

Would they be put up on the Apple store on the day of release?

I'm assuming that accessory manufactures get pre-release info (specs etc) so they can pre-empt the new device releases?

Apple's accessories will be available from launch.... that said, you have to bare in mind what that entails. It really will only be new cases to fit the device if its changed dimensions. Other things such as cables already exist.

Major 3rd party manufacturers do get plans earlier, which is one of the reasons for leaks these days. There might not be much around launch, but they tend to get them to market very quickly.
