How rubbish is iTunes???

I've been trying to copy music from iTunes to my iPod and despite refreshing my entire library to update it with new music, the copy feature is still telling me that the files cannot be found.

I've never been a massive fan of Apple products and this is why. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to replace this god awful device, so I'm having to use it.

What is going on here? Why is iTunes unable to copy these files???

Windows - I can locate the album, but when dragging over to copy, I get "unable to locate file".

I've managed to get it working, thanks. I feel the whole iTunes experience is not intuitive at all and just invokes rage!!

I deleted the iTunes music library!

I've not changed anything, so not sure what it thought it was doing. I also have an issue with duplicates, you'd think it would be smart enough to not duplicate or remove them for you.

I really feel for you mate, I would have given up and been so ****ed an in a sulk, I wouldn't have bothered even trying to finish it......and then tried again later

I'm not looking forward to setting up my wifes iPad when she gets it
