How safe is a PGP encrypted disk?

Hey!

ive made 2 mountable disks drives, using PGP, with a password +20 charactors long.
How safe is my data on the encrypted disk? Could a clever nerd crack it? Would it be simple or take time?

It's a risk - what if you forget the password? I think it's a criminal offence not to provided passwords for encrypted data to the police.

20+ characters.... thats pretty intense.

I would say its probably as secure as its gonna get.
