How should I cook a decent burger?

Wish i was in a Ramen Shop Counter
Got myself some nice M&S Quarter Pounders for dinner tomorrow, just thinking ahead how i should cook them. I have 3 choices.

1 - Cast Iron Grilled pan
2 - Non Stick Aluminium Frying Pan (awesome pan, Call "The Atom" range from Habitat, if anyone is looking for a decent frying pan, I recommend these !)
3 - Under the Grill (Electric thou)

The Cast Iron Pan is seasoned but i worried that it will stick, the meat being minced and all. I cook all my steak on the cast iron and it's lovely but never any burgers, anyone tried it?

How do you suggest i cook these bad boys?
