Which is better IBT or PRIME95?
How should I set prime 95 to run on a corei7 920 with12GB RAM?How long should it run?

Use IBT, it takes less time to check for stabilty.

Its a pain in the arse if you crash 23Hrs into prime

IBT lets you know in 90mins
