How should my new system overclock?

Hi,
I just bought a new system , and wondered what kind of overclocking speeds I should be able to get with the stock cooler.

The specs are:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 3.00GHz (1333FSB) - Retail
OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Reaper HPC Edition Dual Channel DDR2 (OCZ2RPR10662GK) x 2
Asus P5Q Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Should do 4GHz pretty easy. After that it will be down to either temperatures or how much further the CPU will go
