How should you signal on multi-lane traffic light controlled roundabouts?

From the point of view of a test drive examiner, what should you be doing?

For example on big roundabouts sometimes there's two lanes dedicated for traffic going around, now the highway code says indicate right if you going around, but if you're in the second lane from the inside, the person following in the inside lane will assume you're pulling in?

Or in another case, if you look at this roundabout, say you're approaching from Longbridge Rd, and you want to take the 2nd exit, you'd be signaling right to join, then you'd signal left to change into the appropriate lane, stop signaling, then signal left as you leave?

why would you be signalling right. I would be in the middle lane from longridge rd which would take you onto the left lane on the roundabout then indicate left to come off onto the parkway

If you zoom the map in you will see two of the lanes from Longbridge Rd are for turning left onto the 1st exit only.
