I got 26 out of 45. Lower than most of you on here it seems. Most of the questions I failed were the English and history ones. I got all of the astronomy ones right though! I don't know why anyone wouldn't know what the capital of Egypt was

like i asked at least 3x in the thread "can you recommend me one for chrome and the reply is there is no ad blocking for chrome on android. oh well ?
i did the quiz on the pc and got 40 out of 45 but as its mostly general knowledge and guessing who cares.
ill read up on it when i can really be bothered (unlikely)

In fairness that question has no correct answer and what you/I chose is the most plausible answer of the four (as Turkey wasn't a thing yet and it wasn't Japan or the USSR).

Like @Rroff, and likely others, have said... this isn't an intelligence test, it's a general knowledge quiz... and not even an accurate one.
Two of the questions were wrong! The number of Jupiter's moons & the estimate for the number of people killed in WW1... I picked the closest answer and it marked me correct for them, but still... basic errors like that are laughable.
If you want a proper intelligence test, go to the High IQ Society... Mensa's tests don't go high enough for some people... I got 100% on the Mensa test when I was 5 years old & was even in the local newspaper for it. HIQS score me at 191.
Oh, and:
I'd argue that both definitions for the Latin insect were correct, but I happened to pick the one the test didn't agree with :/

Not really - I can get most of the questions, but even the Chasers don't always know the answer... and the game is stacked in their favour anyway.Or the chase
Those guys have some pretty insane general knowledge.
