How sync folders between client and Server 2012

I have recently got a N40L microserver, which is now running MS Server 2012 Essentials.

I want to have my music, photo and video files on both my main PC and the Server, so I can access and work with the files quickly and easily on my PC, and I have them on the server to enable access by tablets, phones and TV around the house.

How can I sync the folders between the main PC and the server?
 
You could invoke FolderRedirection on Essentials:

Your domain user files (i.e. Docs, Vids, Photos) are kept on the server with a "cache" on your PC - they are kept in sync - modify one and it syncs to the other. You'd have to check and see how often the files are synced (I believe it is done at login time only) if you are going to modify them with another device, but this could work for you.

I believe you can also setup of offline files for network shares too.
