How tidy are you?

Im a clean freak in my head, I adore it when my room is tidy.

Im far, far too lazy to *actually* tidy though.

I took this photo for another thread yesterday. I didnt tidy up before it and its a bit dusty etc. This is the tidyest my room *ever* is...

Think Monica from Friends for me :D

It's a hot day. Naturally somebody has made themselves a cold drink. The ice cold glass hasn't been put on a coaster. The drink sits upon the freshly polished wooden coffee table. Beads of condensation are slowly running down the glass towards the surface below. Closer and closer....

Urmm I'm a slob that blitzes.

The place often gets into a bit of a mess during the week and then gets blitzed on Saturday before mates/relatives turn up.

A 2 1/2 year old just creates too much mess for me to cope with after work every day ;)

I guess the place is normally within an hour of clean and tidy most of the time.

STOP IT!!!! :D

My place goes throught its weekly cycle of Immaculate to Filthy on a once weekly rotation.

Blitz for the win!

Personally I don't mind a little bit of mess, the odd crumb or two on the kitchen surface doesn't bother me.

I will leave a used bread board/knife on the side for a little while before i clean it up.

I don't see dirt unless it's quite obvious (i.e. plates everywhere, cooking sauce splashed on the hob), which is when I do something about it.

So are you a clean freak, a laid back occasional tidier like myself, or a complete and utter slob? :p

Same you, my house can be a little messy but i dont like it if its any more than a little. I'd spend all my time cleaning if i wasnt to keep everything spotless.

Kitchin - immaculate. You can't see bacteria, after all.

Office - organised. I'm not obsessive, but I can't work effectively in a mess. So everything is organised, and filed properly.

Home - neat and fairly tidy, but it's a home, above all else, and homes are to be lived in.

i'm pretty tidy. i have periods of time where i cba, and push everything to one side of my bed so i can sleep...but i do like tidiness. my brother has a tiny room, and you have to open the door in a special way, it's so messy.

I used to be like that! My parents never came in because they'd cause far too much damage by not walking in the right spots to avoid crushing things underneath :D

My room's a real mess, but it doesn't bother me. My desk is a mess of cds/gadgets/work/random things like a theremin at the moment :o

Lots of wires and stuff on the floor, pile of clothes. In other parts of the house I'm tidy-ish. Definately a slob, though.

my bedroom is quite tidy, apart from clothes on the floor. Less can be said about our bathroom, toliet, kitchen and front room though. When im in really lazy mode and the kitchen has that much stuff in the sink i can wash something i will just eat off the dirty plate I used the day before. (its not gonna kill me)

Though recently we cleaned most of the house including the shower curtain and wall that was a funky orange colour! :o

<Looks at work desk>

Pretty untidy at work, piles of papers/cds everywhere.

Another Monica at home - I seriously would flip out if someone tried to put a cup/glass on one of our side tables without a coaster, as they're solid cherry and oh so easy to ruin.

Cannot stand any untidyness around the house - luckily neither can my other half.

I'm tidy.

Didn't used to be, but I teach guitar from my room so have to actually keep it very tidy. I've got into the habit of it now and I much prefer it this way.

Not got to the OCD stage yet but i'm getting there lol

I not tidy, at all.

Fortunately for me, neither is my Dad or girlfriend, and my mum's given up comlaining :p I stayed with my girlfriend for a month in China, and the hotel room got so messy and full of rubbish that we couldn't find the sign saying "Please make up room" - a vicious circle...

Depending on how i feel and how busy i am throughout the week, overall i am clean and tend to keep my flat clean.
