How to access bios and enable virtualization Rog strix x570-F

Hi, just got a new pc, need to run emulator, it says i need to enable virutaalization, to do this enter bios, pc boots up to fast to allow me to hit the required key, i cannot on google find any advice on how to enter the bios once pc is running, any help guys?

Try holding shift when you restart the pc and it should go to a screen to allow you to enter bios.
