How to access BIOS

I just received my new laptop:

Gigabyte AORUS 7 NVIDIA RTX 2060, 16GB, 17.3" LG 144Hz, i7-10750H Gaming Laptop
LT-0BJ-GI

I want to boot from USB and I'm trying to access the BIOS without success, I've tried pressing Del and F2 during startup but it keeps booting Windows off the SSD.

Have you tired F1 or ESC? Just a guess.

On my Dell XPS pressing F12 during startup gives the boot menu. In fact, a quick google of https://resources.aorus.com/Supprot/FAQ shows that F2 for BIOS and F12 for boot menu should be correct.
