How to add a new network printer to print srvr

I would like to know how to add a new printer to a 2008 srvr as the old one needs to be replaced and a new model introduced.

This is a network printer with a static IP.

I know you can share out the printer via Windows but seeing as this is a net printer and the drivers need to be pushed out to mulitple machines, and it also has to be visible on the Domain. I could do with some input.

Install printer on server - you can add drivers by going into the printer properties and adding extra drivers.

Push out via group policy.
