How to add a peer on uTorrent?

Hi. Me and a friend are downloading a file from a torrent. Since I've finished quick I would like to upload to my friend. It says add peer. What information do I need from my friend to be able to add them to upload and how would I get this information from their system?

Well I can upload at around 85kb's and my friends download is about 180 kb's. Just want to add to it so file gets done quicker. Cba to go round with a usb everytime for a file.

I was hoping to let my friend leech from others (so have a rough speed of 180kb/s) and then use my full bandwidth of 85kb/s so in total around 260.

Seems very complicating I might leave it.

Why do people never answer the question and come up with solutions that won't work for me lol. It's not as simple as sticking it on a USB and giving it to him otherwise I would. Anyways i'll check out Vuze thanks. They don't live close so never assume.

Sorry my bad I'm explaining this soo badly! The actual broadband itself is capable of 400-500kb/s but for some reason torrents only run from between 50-180kb/s whereas on the same torrents I am able to get my full bandwidth speed of 800kb/s. I have tried my best to get the speeds up and everything seems to be fine and open but it just won't go any quicker. So I was hoping to dedicate my bandwidth to directly upload to my friend.
