how to add a third monitor?

Is it a case of putting in a 2nd video card?

I have a quadro 3700 fx, what about the drivers for the new one?

Any ideas?

im quite sure you need DX11 for 3 monitors thats eyefinity to be exact
thats if you want them together to make up a whole screen

Are you sure? I was reading an article from 2006 that had a 3 monitor setup....?

No, for 3 screen set up you don't.

does it matter if the cards are different? say quadro 3700 fx and 8800 gt?
