Halfway through building my new gaming pc and I see that the asus P6t Deluxe has sockets for 3x case fans and 1x cpu fan. My case has 3 fans (Fortress Ft01) So I will be using all those. But my cooler (The noctua socket 1366 one) has 2 fans, I dont have to have 2 CPU fans but I would like the option to. So how would I go about connecting the other fan if there is no place on the Motherboard?

You can get a Y splitter that allows you to connect two fans to one motherboard header. Also means theyll both run at the same speed. That or connect one up to a molex and live with it running full tilt all the time.

Could also get yourself a fan controller - it'll give some more manual control which some find useful for turning down the noise levels when leaving a PC on all night or playing a high def movie for example. Check out the range here

I wouldn't fancy putting that much load on 1 fan header on the mobo.

Get a fan controller or a molex to fan connector converter.

Ive done it with 2 of my motherboards and with a zalman fan mate in series, not had any problems :S hopefully my motherboards wont toast :)
