How to backup COD4 profile?

go into the activision/cod4 folder by going thru program files then copy the folders
The way i do it is as follows.
Go to START> MY COMPUTER> C DRIVE> PROGRAM FILES> ACTIVISION.
I then right click the players folder (yes the full folder) and save it.
When putting it back firstly i go in game and create a new profile then go back into the Activision folder delete all the content form the newly created profile then copy and paste in the saved data.

No need to do that bit, just copy the players folder back in.
