How to backup/export emails in Outlook?

Hi all.

I am trying to backup my parents computer, I have moved all the important files onto my external harddrive, but how do I backup all the thousands of emails in Outlook Express?
Is there a folder containing all the emails that I can simply drag onto my external harddrive.

Think its File - Export - Messages

I tried that, but it only exports them to Mirosoft Outlook, or other email clients.
