How to backup Outlook Contacts on WM5/6

Hi Guys,

Got a friend with a WM5 PDA who needs to backup his data before he sends it back to be fixed. The main info is his contacts and for the life of us we cant work out how to backup all of them in one go.

I would assume you can do it via ActiveSync but it appears to not be recognised when connected it seems. The File Explorer just doesnt seem to find the relevant folder which I guess is hidden or something. There must be a backup program that can do all this for you.

Any ideas how we can do this? Id also like to know how you would do it on WM6 just in case

Ive got Sprite Backup with my Vario 3 CD - that any good?

Cheers - thought it would - only problem I have now is that Activesync just doesnt want to work - keep getting a device driver Code 10 issue when I connect either phone

Tried to reinstall it a couple of time without any luck - can you just bluetooth the Sprite Installer onto the phone and run it from there and bluetooth the backup files back?

Just dont get why AS wont work and given up - next resort is probably reinstalling XP

I suspect me having AS 4 before might not have helped - anyway of totally uninstalling AS as that might help - dunno if I cba to look through the registry editor...
