Was reading this

and noticed

Leverkusen had 20 international scouts, five of them working full-time - one each in Brazil and Argentina - earning 50,000 euros (£44,000) a year.

So you get paid £44k a year, to go round watching football games... seriously...what better job is there? :D

Does anyone know how to become one? :p Do they have to be ex footballers/coaches etc, or do you need to go on a 'scouting course', or just apply like a normal job?

Tenner says they have an automatic filter that blocks any applications that submit scouting reports with player ratings out of 20 for criteria such as "technique", "stamina", "finishing", and "mentality".

NO idea :) but you could be right. First one that popped up on a search

What a job, really would love that, not just watching football, but seeing someone you recommend to a team and that player going on to bigger and better things, just going to load up FM now ;)
