How to best setup my TV/PC?

I have a LG 49 770V TV and a computer that is plugged in via HDMI. I wish to watch BT Sport and SkyGo via this setup (mainly for sports). I have 40Mbps consistent internet and the computer is plugged in via ethernet

How should I setup my TV and PC to get the best viewing experience?

I have upgrades all the latest drivers and software on my computer but haven't changed anything else, nor have I changed any of the TV settings, mainly because I don't know which settings I should be looking at.

The picture appears to be ever so slightly leggy and I was wondering how I can fix this, I am a bit clueless as to what settings I should be playing around with on the TV and computer in order to get a decent picture

I know I'm not going to get the same quality as you would get through the tv, just wanted to know what are the best settings for my computer and tv for viewing

Same here, framerate isn't great, but the quality is pretty good.

Maybe its the framerate thats the issue for me also...are you running a fast PC?
