How to best transfer apps/info to new phone (android huawei)

Getting a new phone both huawei.

What is the best way to transfer:
All sms messages, contacts, whats app and all the videos etc (probably 4 gigs worth), my gallery pictures and vids, evernote and all my docs and a few other apps that I have such rail card, home security ap cam etc ... banking ap, reddit?

Even if I need to buy a pc program what do you suggest?
