How to blag a Superhub 2.0 from Virgin?

Any ideas? In fairness I haven't asked yet or have a specific need for one, I just feel I deserve one and heard they are better than the original :D

I have just accepted another 12 month in return for them dropping the price of my 120 MB broadband back down to a more reasonable £29 than £43 it crept to.

Any ideas on how to get one? I guess like with any call centre, there will be a magical riddle or phrase that is the correct statement to prompt for them to send me one :p
 
Have their prices increased yet? Was going to ring them when mine went up to get it reduced and try and get a SH2.
 
They go up in Feb apparently, but mine also went up in Nov.

Just blagged a new Superhub 2.0 for free on the live chat, win!! :D
 
Should have posted your convo so people can replicate the discussion :P

I worked on the basis that I had just renewed my contract / have been with them for 7 years along with a reminder BT was now in my area / said the Superhub 2.0 had several technical benefits to me on wireless and lan (didnt specify what)

First they wanted £20, I just reiterated all of the above again.

Polite but assertive :)
