how to boot off a 2nd video card

hi have an asus v gene and have installed a second video card non sli, I looked into the bios it finds both cards but does not allow me to select which video card to boot into windows 7 with any clues please ?

there should be an option to select which pci slot is used first this may be buried deep in the bios options.
