How to burn an existing VIDEO_TS file to DVD that will play on a DVD Player

It's along time since I did this so I have no software to do it anymore.

I've tried twice burning a VIDEO_TS folder with all the existing VOB files in it to a DVD via Windows 10, and it fails to play on my DVD Player, although it does play on the Windows 10 machine.

I used to do this all the time but used applications.

I suspect Windows 10 is creating the DVD as a data DVD or something hence it being incompatible with my DVD (bluray) player?

I was about to... And then saw loads of mention of Malware?!

eg: "it's in the EULA that you agree to install OpenCandy with ImgBurn"

Seems loads of them have Malware warnings?

Used it for over a decade without issue, but your call. No idea of alternatives as a result.
