Tbh, this was for my course assignment, but no asking for one simple answer is too much from you forum posters.

Right click on the file > copy > then right click somewhere else and press paste.

In which case I'd have recommended using a photocopier rather than printing again, then sealing it in an envelope and posting it to where you need it to go.
If you don't have access to a photocopier, you could take pictures of each page with your digital camera, go to your nearest print shop and get them to run off prints of the photos from your memory card, then seal them in an envelope and post it to where you need it to go.

Bonus points if you can do this while the disk is spinning.
