how to calculate leave entitlement when leaving a company?

So I have:

28 days annual leave

From 01-Dec 2012 - 30 Nov 2013

36 hour per week contracted hours, Mon - Fri, no overtime

I have already used 23.5 days annual leave to date

My last day of employment is 18-Nov-2013

How many days leave do I have left?
 
It depends on whether or not they calculate pro-rata annual leave per week or per month. Most will be per month.
 
is that 28 days inc or plus bank hols?

Break it down monthly then add half for your time in November? other wise break it down weekly and add up to the amount of weeks you will have worked.
 
You get one day off for every 9.3 worked. But as said it depends on if your company works it by the month or not and whether you get bank holidays on top.

excluding, I get all bank hollidays paid plus 28 days annual leave
