How to cancel an order that hasn't yet been shipped

Hi all, first post here... been a lurker for a few years, but i mostly spend my time over at Guru3d, so if any of you frequent there you may recognise the name :)

I just this minute ordered a board for myself and regretted the decision after browsing again prior to placing the order.

Does anyone know how to cancel that order... or more to the point, is there a way to cancel the order through the customer UI or do i just use the order enquiries form? Id prefer to get it cancelled ASAP before it goes into packaging and it is charged etc so i can place another

They are still open tomorrow I think so you could give the shop a call and cancel it, or if your gonna be up late send them a webnote with your order number etc saying you want to cancel :)
 
Ah okay.. im guessing webnote system is seperate to the order enquiry form?

No harm in firing through a webnote i suppose, cheers for the speedy response! Much appreciated.

*edit* forget that first question, it obviously is part of the same system LOL!
