How to change colour of backgrounds in windows 8

i am wondering how you change your colour of you windows background like in the image below any one got a idea thanks...

I would imagine this isn't a feature included with Windows, unless it was added with 8.1? Probably a custom theme/skin you'll have to download from a third party. The buttons don't look like standard Windows either.

Well i think its something to do with skins...ive just installed one but its was not the same...so im on the right track just goto find the right one now...

It's a custom theme for Windows.

You have to patch the ux file to use them, you'll have to search for Windows 8 compatible ones as I don't think all W7 ones apply well.
