When I boot up my PC, both my GTX260s' fans spin at 100% until Windows loads where they drop back to 40%. Is there anyway of getting them to stop doing this?

Well I guess in theory you could edit the card's BIOS and manually state a fan profile, however you do have to ask the question... why?

That must be all of 15-20 seconds that you have to deal with?
