how to change motheboard fan speed?

Hi guys i just installed my new CPU cooler the artic cool freezer 7 pro, I need some help setting up the fan speeds on my motherboard i dont no how to do it, i have a program called speed fan but im not sure how to use it, my CPU temp at the mo is at 63 oc but would like it a bit cooler and my motherboard temp is 31 oc so im happy with that.

Id be greatfull for any help

i just installed my new cooler and now when i go to the power monitor in the bios my pc hangs any ideas why, im desperate to change my fan speed on my new cooler i checked on everest and it said its running at 293 RPM and its at 62 c

seems thats spinning to slow, cos them temps are pretty high, pitty you didnt have a seperate fan controller, it would have connected to that, pretty sure there would be an option in the bios to speed it up a bit tho
