How to change multiplyer on P7P55D?

I cannot find the option in my bios to change the multiplyer!! does anyone know where this is and if i need to go through the asus OC profile?

Its in 2 places on the P7P55D
First place is under the AI Tweaker tab
and the second is under the Advanced tab in CPU configuration
 
Do you realise you can't increase the multiplier?

+1 With the i5 750 the maximum standard CPU multiplier is x20.

That said, you can reduce it below 20 from within the Ai tweaker page, to underclock your CPU or achieve a higher BCLK overclock ("CPU Ratio Setting").
 
In the Ai tweaker page, set the "Ai Overclock Tuner" to manual and the "BCLK Frequency" is the setting you want to change (with P55 boards BLCK is basically the FSB). The stock speed is 133MHz and most good boards can hit at least 200MHz.
