How to change NAT from strict to open

Anyone know how? my modem is speedtouch 576.

assuming this is regarding an xbox 360

does the router have UPnP facilities, if so this may sort it. Or

forward the following ports to your xbox

TCP 3074
UDP 3074
UDP 88

also the modem only detects my p.c, it doesn't detect my xbox 360 :confused:

but i'm sure it did earlier

the 360 on?
I've not used the 360s wireless interface before, but I know that on PCs you need to make sure its active before it can be picked up.

yeah, i just tried the ports one again the NAT has gone down to moderate

It's finally on open!

i turned off the modem firewall and opened the ports and it's opened it up, Thanks for the help guys
