How to change SSID/password on BT HotSpot 500

I'd like to change my SSID/wifi password for my BT hotspot to the same as my Sky modem but I can't find an answer anywhere. Some websites say to go to an IP address but when i do, its for my sky modem settings, and not my BT hotspot, yet my PC is connected through the BT hotspot

I don't know specifically, but...

Does the Sky router show you a list of connected devices or allocated IP addresses? If it does you should be able to work out which one is the hotspot and get its IP address.

Also, have you checked if there's a setup utility for the hotspot that'll scan the network?

You can also get generic IP scanners that'll find and try to identify connected devices.
