Hey guys,

So I'm British, even though I now live in the US. This means I have a US macbook, however, I would much like to stick to my english roots, and spell things the way they're meant to be spelt.

How do I keep all of the settings as they are, but change the autocorrect language when I'm typing here for example, to stop it trying to put Zs where they don't belong and such forth.

Are you taking about spell checking in your browser? If so, just download the British English dictionary for your browser and make it the default.

System Preferences > Language & Text > Language

Go to Edit list, and British English. It'll put itself at the top of the list and you log out and back in to get it to take effect.

Annoyingly you have to do this on UK Macs as well :/
