How to check if my router is fault or if Virgin is being naughty.

The other night my virgin internet kept on cutting out for about 3 minutes every 5 minutes or so and I have just now noticed it is doing it again (same time of day too).

How would I go about finding the cause? My router is new, a TP Link Arcer C7, and i've never noticed a fault like this with virgin before and i'd like to try and confirm if its the router at fault or not before i contact virgin.

If anyone has any advice i'd really appreciate it.

Look in your Superhub/modem logs to see if there are any T3 timeouts or anything at the time? if there are it'll be network related.
