How to check if router is compromised?

In Windows I ran into something odd, I went to google, it said something about detecting suspicious activity on my comp., with a box of a caption to type in & another in the house same thing, but linux is fine...

Sounds like something is compromised.
Possibly both PC's but maybe the router is compromised and it's had it's DNS changed?
