How to check psu

hi I have a whs 2011 that has been running fine for years but now I am getting reports that the power was interrupted and advising to get a ups, so just wondered if this was a sign of the psu failing, so any help on this ?

update getting the following 12.3, 5.3. 3.2 when testing anything else I could try
