Think you have to ring up and check but I'm not 100% on that.
I just used to reset my texts/minutes counter on my phone every 15th of the month (my billing date) but I don't used as much as I used too so don't bother anymore
This isn't always accurate. I don' know why the network doesn't run an automated system like some of the other networks. It'd save me a lot of hassle and reduce the waiting time for customer's, as currently I have to work it out with a calculator, which with a 3 month rollover isn't the simplest thing in the world!
