How to claim FREE copy of 3DMark Advanced Edition from KFA2

Hey guys,

Followed the details on KFA website to get the free copy of 3DMark Advanced, used a copy of the order as a receipt, but haven't heard anything back, and that was 3 days ago.

Any guidance on how to speed the process up?, or do they always take this long?
