How to clean off thermal paste?

This is probably a faux-pas but I use alcohol based baby wipes/makeup wipes.

The cloth seems to be microfiber and it comes with alcohol preapplied.. One wipe and it's clean.

Been using the ArctiClean stuff for years now, does a cracking job..

I just use bog roll.
