How to clear command history in Windows Command Prompt, Windows Terminal and PowerShell?

I want to delete the history of the command line applications on Windows 10 (with all the latest updates installed). Does anyone know how to do this at all? I'd be very grateful for some help.
 
Mine is here. Change your path as necessary...

D:\Users\marc\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\PowerShell\PSReadLine\ConsoleHost_history.txt
