Hey as per title

Got a Hisense 100U7KQTUK, and a Samsung Q930D system coming next month. Not hugely experienced with soundbar setups.

Soundbar will be connected to TV via the HDMI 2.1eARC port.

Question is where do I connect the android TV device? Still deciding whether to get a fire stick 4k pro max, fire cube, or nvidia shield pro. But regardless, should it be plugged directly into the TV or into the soundbar?

Use will be YouTube, IPTV, and plex streaming from the NAS of high quality high bitrate files.

Question 2, what device would you recommend for the above?

I know that with recent software updates the fire cube has the same audio support for dolby stuff as the shield pro. Im worried that the shield pro 2019 is so old now but people still say its the best for plex. I don't want an apple tv 4k as it's too locked down for me and I need sideloaded ad free YouTube. Upscaling is important to me for a 100 inch TV.

Just get a shield pro, it's old now but there's still nothing better than it and it's played absolutely everything I've thrown at it.

On a similar note, jellyfin is fantastic and I've had no issues with migrating away from Plex to it
I plugged in a fire stick 4k max that I have for another TV and so far no issues with any of my plex files, and everything running smoothly. Since Amazon supports all possible dolby audio stuff now, I'm not sure what the shield pro would really add?

I don't need the gaming features. I have my plex server on my NAS so don't need that. I can run all the same apps eg iptv or ad free YouTube. And WiFi 6 down to 5 would be a downgrade.

If anything if I'm to spend more money then I should go for a fire cube?
