Hi,

So I have:
Lian Li 2 RGB case
Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE Performance 120 mm PWM Triple Fan Kit with iCUE Lighting Node CORE
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB
Plus a non RGB AIO

So basically I have 3 RGB Fans on the front of the case, another 3 standalone corsair fans to go in the case, plus the RGB ram.

The Fans seem to come with a "Node".

Im using a B550 Gaming PLus motherboard.

so whats the best way to connect all of the RGB fans so that they can all be controlled together, preferably controllable by the case buttons , although if some of it needed setting up in software thats no big deal.

TIA

Watching this, as I have icue case 3 icue fans and corsair aio cooler and 2 fans that come with case, though I think I have a node or connection point in the case not stating build till I get home on 21st dec

I have the same case already and the case fans do control the RGB for the strip light I have, but thats all the RGB I have in that build and dont even remember how I did that :)

This build is going full on RGB as its not for me.

I have corsair vengeance ram but no rgb as I was concerned about clearance for radiator as I am mounting it on top, also have rgb wireless keyboard but not sure how much I will use that as it eats batteries lol and I bought it here as was on sale with mouse and was good deal

Yeah you were right to be concerned. I have the arctic cooler rad on the top and the ram goes in, but theres no gap at all. Getting it out requires removing the rad.

So what Ive done is use the Corsair Node to connect the 3 Corsair fans. The fans connect to the node, and the node connects to the mobo via a usb connector. Theses are managed by icue,
My case fans are just connected via the fan control panel.
All work fine, but the corsairs do their thing and the case fans do theirs. Thats fine for me, but if you want more sync between them Id suggest binning the case fans and adding 3 more corsairs personally.

Ok i will do that with my extra three fans but Would you suggest connecting the fans from icue cooler through the node or just direct into mobo, as the software would probably find them ether way, is that correct or wrong sorry to jump in on original posters post, apologies
