Not sure what PJ is. But if you are using your AV receiver correctly, all HDMI devices should be connected to it, then use the HDMI Monitor OUT to go to your television.
That is how I would do it. Of course your AV Receiver will have to be powered on to use your equipment that way, but it almost always is anyway I presume.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. No I have a 26inch telly as we'll. I have the pj for home cinema watching films/football and use the tv for watching corrie and normal tv.
Since you're asking a really basic question here it's worth pointing out that with that AV Receiver you won't be able to plug in your tele and your projector at the same time - only one or the other can be plugged in to the "TV OUT" labeled in green by SourChipmunk.
EDIT: Should also mabye point out that this is actually possibly if you get a HDMI splitter such as "Duronic HS12 - 2 Way HDMI Splitter box" which can be found for about £20. Don't be fooled splitter cables for £5 as I don't know anyone that's ever got these to work.
